Loads of Tottenham fans have been reacting to some comments from Danny Rose, as the English international is twisting the knife after Wednesday’s North London derby.
Tottenham have now well and truly got revenge on Arsenal for the 4-2 defeat at the Emirates earlier this month, moving ahead of the Gunners in the league and winning Wednesday’s Carabao Cup contest.
Mauricio Pochettino’s full back selection has been under close scrutiny from fans all season, and the boss started both Rose and Ben Davies at the Emirates on Wednesday.

Rose’s recent performances in particular have delighted fans, and after a dominant display against Arsenal he cemented his status as fan favourite by bashing the Gunners.
“Our only motivation was remembering the nonsense that Arsenal posted after the game a few weeks ago,” the 28 year-old saidof Arsenal’s post-derby celebrations.
“Players that have only played 10 games for Arsenal were getting ahead of themselves. We used that in a positive way. It’s karma. They fully deserve what they got.
“We had the motivation of getting to the semi-final, so we’re over the moon.
“But the cherry on top was silencing them after remembering how they celebrated like they had won the league.”
Needless to say, this is a pretty good way to get yourself in fans’ good books, and Tottenham have certainly got the upper hand in the great rivalry as things stand.
