In an exclusive interview with GOAL, former Wolves midfielder Neves, who now plays in Saudi Arabia for Al-Hilal, was asked to name "the best player in history" at eight top European clubs, including Chelsea. Surprisingly, the Portugal international opted for Torres as the Blues' greatest performer, ahead of renowned club legends like Frank Lampard, John Terry, and Didier Drogba.
Torres only scored 45 goals in 172 appearances across all competitions for Chelsea, but did help them win a Champions League and FA Cup double in the 2011-12 season.
